Vets Now Portsmouth is a dedicated out-of-hours emergency vet clinic, the pet equivalent of A&E, giving people and their pets the care and support they deserve at the time they need it most. Open since 2008, we care for dogs, cats and small animals through the night, at weekends and on bank holidays. Based within Downland Veterinary Group, our services include emergency and critical care, nurse triage, surgery, in-house blood testing, and diagnostic imaging. Our vets and vet nurses treat all pets regardless of which daytime vet you're registered with. We're proudly RCVS accredited as an Emergency Service Clinic.
